I got my MSc (1991) and PhD (2002) from the Department of Computer Science, "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, Romania. Since then, I am working at the Department of Informatics, Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti (UPG), Romania.

Research Interests:

My main research interests include digital libraries, learning objects, multimedia databases, reflective and blended learning, desktop grid computing and e-society. I have published over 30 research papers concerning these topic.
